Testimonials
“Kate has been a complete godsend during my rehabilitation; she understands what’s needed, and somehow manages to find new ways of undertaking dozens of repetitions so that I don’t get bored! Her endless patience and welcome flexibility have allowed my recovery to progress whilst continuing to work and run a busy household”

"I can’t recommend Kate enough, suffering with MS the 1:1 Pilates sessions have allowed me to do more and the sessions can be tailored to my needs. My core strength has improved as well as my balance, and it has helped me to reach my goals."

"Kate is a very good Physio /Pilates instructor, knowledgeable, kind and she always comes with a smile. She understands how to get the best out of people by being happy/serious at the same time. She goes through the exercises which she explains in great detail and in a clear and easy to understand manner. The positive way she points out how you can do better and pushes you to the max, is a benefit of working with her. Her methodical way of working is a positive asset, she adapts to your energy levels without you realising (at first) she’s changing the lesson plan to accommodate you. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend her to anybody"

“I thoroughly enjoy Kate’s Pilates classes and have found them to be most beneficial and fun to attend. She carefully assesses individual student’s needs and tailors the sessions to suit all the members of the class. Kate has a lovely manner and is most supportive and welcoming. She has a great knowledge of Pilates and is a very competent teacher and practitioner. She makes sure that all students are working correctly and adapts movements to individual capabilities. I’d definitely recommend her classes”

“Hi Kate, I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the two Zoom classes per week. I think it has proved a great success and your instructions and disciplines are brilliant. I feel like it is a one to one with you, I can see you clearly and I can’t see any disadvantages of following you on Zoom. I am really benefiting from your wonderful classes and have seen an improvement in my capabilities. Thank you for keeping us going through this awful time.”

"Kate started working with D after his stroke, age 45, now just over two years ago, mainly on his upper body physical strength rehabilitation and later using a mix of Pilates and physio to give him a muscle workout and core strength to counter the mainly sedentary lifestyle he was leading post-stroke. He had always been very active and had lost strength from the stroke and Kate took our concerns and created a bespoke programme focussed on rebuilding the muscles slowly in his arms whilst also working on his whole body /core strength. Kate listened, gave advice on exercises, reassured and supported us with her knowledge and skills in physio post stroke care. We are so glad to still have the benefit of Kate’s support with D’s continued recovery and would highly recommend her to others. Thank you Kate"
