The Physio classes will run as a block booking of 6-8 sessions. This allows the physiotherapists to tailor each term of classes to meet your specific needs and be progressed at an appropriate level for all class members. You are very welcome to do a taster class first to see if the class is suitable for you. Cost is £15.

To book your taster session please get in touch.
