Terms and Conditions for Pilates Classes
If you are new to class, then you will need to complete a registration form and health questionnaire. This will be screened by the physiotherapist prior to you starting. If you have a medical condition or rehab needs the physiotherapist may advise that you have a 1:1 Pilates session first. If there are any changes to your health or medical condition, then it is your responsibility to inform the physiotherapist before the class begins.
The Physio-led Pilates classes are sold as a block booking and generally run term term only. Most courses run for a period of 6-7 weeks, but this is dependent on the school holidays. The cost for a 6 week course is £54.
I am now offering the option for class members to pay for 5 classes instead of 6. To qualify you must tell me at the time of booking which date you will not be attending class.
To book your place please contact Kate via email or phone. Please ensure that you make your payment within 24 hours as your place is only secured once payment has been received. The payment can be made directly through a bank transfer and Kate will provide you with the details. There is also the option of booking directly online via the website. If you do not use BACS, then please let me know and we can make an alternative arrangement for you to pay via cheque or cash.
Before the course ends you will be invited to re-enrol for the following course. If you payment has not been received by the required date, then your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Class Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your place on a course, then you will need to give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the term starting to receive a full refund. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours than regrettably no refund will be given.
No class credits or refunds will be given for the hall sessions once the course has started unless the circumstances are exceptional.
If a class had to be cancelled by the physiotherapist, then an extra class will be offered or a refund for the session missed.
